How and when do I pay?+
When booking you pay 30% by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The remaining 70% is charged automatically to the same card on the day of the consultation. You’ll receive an invoice for both payments.
What do I need for the video consultation?+
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and an internet connection. You’ll receive an email with the link: just click it at the time of your appointment. Nothing to install.
Will I always be seen by Dr. Gallardo?+
Yes. Every consultation is carried out personally by Dr. José María Gallardo Valverde.
Can I send my tests before the consultation?+
Yes. After booking you’ll receive instructions to send them securely. For privacy, do not send them by WhatsApp or by unencrypted email.
In which languages can I have the consultation?+
In Spanish, English or French.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?+
